VoroNoise

VN_643E7

VoroNoise is an acoustic treatment system developed through generative design and detailed fabrication. Each absorber consists of a digitally cut plywood space frame, filled with insulation and carefully upholstered by hand. Panels are mounted with French cleats and turnbuckles, helping shape a studio’s acoustics.

Select units include front-facing plywood reflection panels, tuned to highlight specific frequencies. Mathematical algorithms guide the interplay of solid and void, while catenary-scooped cells diffuse sound in multiple directions. Hand staining, finishing, and assembly lend each panel an organic, sculptural character that balances performance and craft.
